Administration fees: 20€ per booking

Once you have made your booking and we have received all appropriate payments, we will, subject to availability, confirm your holiday by issuing written confirmation.
In order to confirm your chosen holiday, 30% of the balance must be paid at the time of the booking.
The final balance must be received by us at least 30 days before the start of your holiday.
In the event of your holiday being shortened or that you don't use the campsite facilities / accomodation, refund won't be considered in any case.
After a 48hr delay without any notification on your behalf, the accomodation will be considered vacant.

Deposits for mobile-homes, mobile-homes excluding bathroom and chalet: 300 euros (cheque or cash) requested at your arrival.

Cancellation Insurance: 10€ per week booked

18€ per animal per week (limited to 1 animal per accomodation).

Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us by telephone and letter at least 1 month before the start date of the booking.
If you cancel later than a month before the beginning of your holiday, you will lose your deposit.

Details of accomodation equipment: plates, glasses, tea cups, bowls, coffee machine, bottle-opener,
large serving plates, cooking pans, frying pan, cutlery, dustpan and brush, mop,
table, chairs, duvet, cushions, mini-oven, no microwave (too fragile).

Sheets and towels are not included but are available to rent at the reception.

Reservation Pitches Terms and Conditions
|
- On the planned day of arrival, the camper must come to the reception no later than 8pm.
If at 8pm, the camper has not been in touch with the campsite staff,
the campsite owner will consider the pitch vacant and it will be rented to new clients.
- On the final day of the booking, the rented pitch will be made vacant no later than 12pm.
An extension of stay will be possible subject to availability.
- Visitors of campers must follow the campsite rules: if visitors only stay the day, they must pay the visitor charge. In the case of visitors staying the night on the campsite, they must pay the appropriate daily charge.
If the campers want to pay for their friends, please inform the reception.
- Connection to the electricity box must be done with cables and sockets according to the European system (220V).
- Campers must inform the reception of their departure the day before leaving.
